The Polish DTH platform nc+ has made a number of changes to the composition of its board.
According to Wirtualne Media, they will see Christian Anting, until now the company’s VP, move to the national commercial broadcaster TVN, which is one of the two operators of nc+.
At the same time, Manuel Rougeron and Jaroslaw Kordalewski will both join the board. The former will be responsible for programming, including sports, while the latter will oversee technical and IT matters.
The new, five-member board of nc+ will begin work in January 2014.
Nc+ was formed by the merger of n and Cyfra+ in March this year.
It had 2.2 million subscribers as of the end of the third quarter.
