The leading Latvian cable operator Baltcom has added two more companies to its portfolio.
DB reports that it now includes Televideotikls and Ime Pluss, bringing the total number since 2004 to August 26 this year to 13.
It adds that Televideotikls had a turnover of LVL876,030 (€1,241,720 ) and profit of LVL233,690 last year, while Ime Pluss posted figures of LVL258,580 and LVL8,900 respectively.
Baltcom was established in 1991 and currently lists RPax One SA, Axa Private Equity and Resource Partners as its shareholders.
It has registered a total of 89 companies since its establishment, four of them this year.
