Central European Media Enterprises (CME) has appointed Mark Kobal as its head of investor relations.
He succeeds Romana Wyllie, who was responsible for all corporate communications since 2005.
Kobal was previously director of external reporting at CME and before joining the company worked for KPMG in both Prague and Denver.
Commenting on the appointment, Adrian Sarbu, president and CEO of CME, said: “We are pleased to have Mark step into this role.
“His experience in accounting and finance will be invaluable for CME stakeholders. I would also like to thank Romana for her passion and commitment to the company over the last eight years.”
