BT Vision continues to pick up the highest number of complaints of any UK pay-TV service.
According to data released by Ofcom, in the period January to March 2013, the regulator received 0.29 complaints per 1,000 customers. Complaints about the IPTV service remain at six times the industry average.
Complaints were driven by a combination of problems with service provision and billing issues.
Virgin Media’s complaints were in line with the industry average at 0.04 per 1,000 customers, while Sky had the lowest number of complaints – 0.02 per 1,000 customers.
