The Polish cable operator Vectra has introduced the fastest internet service available in the country ahead of major changes to its programming offer that will come into effect in October.
Its ‘Flashnet’ internet service now consists of five packages, with the most comprehensive providing download speeds of up to 160 Mbps.
Vectra’s channel line-up will meanwhile from next month include nine channels from Polsat, two of which – Polsat Sport and Polsat Sport Extra – will be in both SD and SD.
Also new to its service will be MiniMini+ HD and TeleTOON+ HD, with the total number of channels in the format rising to 36.
TV Online, the free service that gives subscribers access to Vectra programming on mobile devices, will be increased to 25 channels.
Vectra’s offer already includes HBO Go, the on demand service MOOD, Multiroom and mobile internet.
It is currently working on the introduction of mobile voice and VOD services.
