Chello Central Europe is to undergo a process of restructuring in the Czech Republic over the next few weeks.
E15 reports that it will see the company absorb Czech Programming Society (CPS), which it wholly owns and which currently distributes the documentary channel Spektrum via cable and satellite.
Commenting on the move, Ales Fabik, the head of CPS and Chello in the Czech Republic, said that it is being made to simplify the organisational structure of Chello Central Europe and will not affect its activities in the country.
