Swiss pay-TV operator Teleclub has announced it will offer its entire line-up of channels in HD via cable and IPTV.
Teleclub said it would add 15 new movie and series channels under the Teleclub Cinema brand and up to 31 sports channels Teleclub Star brand from September 12. The all-HD bouquets will be available via cable and the Swisscom TV IPTV service.
The offer will also include third party HD channels, including Sky Atlantic HD, which Teleclub brings exclusively to the Swiss market, and History HD, Disney Cinematic HD, National Geographic HD, NatGeo Wild HD, Cartoon Network HD, Fox HD, TNT Serie HD, TNT Film HD, Glitz HD, AXN HD and Spiegel TV Wissen HD.
The platform will rename its basic bouquet Teleclub Basic into Teleclub Cinema, the current movie channel package will be renamed Teleclub Entertainment, while two more packages are added, Teleclub Family and Teleclub Sport.
