The Belarusian incumbent telco Beltelecom has launch an on demand service.Offered to its byfly broadband subscribers, it is available in three versions.
The first, known as Videoanlim, gives unlimited access to a catalogue of movies, documentaries, sports programmes and TV shows and cost BYR30,000 (€2.82) a month to receive.
Movies on demand meanwhile provides access to top films of various genres for a minimum cost of BYR3,600 each and Live TV over 20 different thematic TV channels over the internet for BRY15,000 a month.
To receive the new on demand service Beltelecom subscribers require an internet connection with a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps.
Beltelecom had over 1,040,000 subscribers to its byfly service as of October 2011, while over 414,000 received the Zala IPTV service offered by the company.
