CABSAT 2012 – DUBAI. Turksat is to deploy the Conax Contego solution for its cable TV operations.
The Ankara-based company initially deployed a Conax CAS7 solution for the launch of its digital TV platform in 2008.
Now, Conax Contego will secure 26 headends that provide, in total, 140 TV and radio channels to 600,000 digital TV and 55 TV channels to 1.3 million analogue subscribers across the country.
Conax secures content delivered to 125 million pay-TV subscribers in 80 countries around the world.
