BBC Worldwide Channels has renewed a multiyear deal with Red Bee Media for the provision of a suite of channels including BBC Entertainment, BBC Knowledge, BBC Lifestyle, CBeebies and BBC HD across Europe and South Africa.
It follows a competitive tender for the services that include file based media management and playout services for eight BBC Worldwide channels.

The channels include: BBC Entertainment, BBC Knowledge, BBC Lifestyle and CBeebies in South Africa; BBC Entertainment, BBC Knowledge and BBC Lifestyle channels in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland; and the pan-European BBC HD service.
