Türk Telekom has signed an agreement with the Turkish integrated communications network provider Netas.
According to Hürriyet, it is worth $2.6 million (€1.8 million) and will allow Netas to provide Türk Telekom’s large institutional customers with a range of products, including video services.
Netas lists OEP RHEA Turkey Tech B.V (53.13%), the Istanbul Stock Exchange (31.87%) and Turkish Armed Forces Foundation (15%) as its shareholders.
Türk Telekom’s interests meanwhile include IPTV and web TV services, both of which operate under the name Tivibu.
The telco’s main shareholders are Ojer Telekomünikasyon (55) and the Turkish Treasury (30%).
