SES has started to operate under a new and streamlined management structure.
The move is part of a strategy that brings SES Astra and SES World skies under such a structure and consolidates the company’s activities.
Romain Bausch remains chairman and the CEO of SES and continues to be responsible for running the day-to-day operations, as well as for preparing the decisions of the board of directors.
The SES committee, aside from Bausch, consists of Andrew Browne, chief financial officer; Martin Halliwell, chief technology officer, Ferdinand Kayser, chief commercial officer; and Gerson Souto, chief development officer.
Robert Bednarek, formerly president and CEO of SES World Skies, will now be the strategic advisor to the SES president and CEO.
