Austria’s mobile operator 3 has announced that its ‘free’ 3MobileTV service is now available for all Android mobile phones and tablets (versions 1.6 to 2.2).
People can download the app and all subscribers to one of the 3Superphone services get to receive the mobile TV service at no additional cost.
The 3MobileTV includes public broadcasters ORF1, ORF2, private broadcaster ATV and Ö, as well as international channels such as BBC World News, Al Jazeera and ATV Türkei. Thematic channels include History and 13th Street.
In total, 3MobileTV offers over 40 radio stations and TV channels.
