Severina Pascu
According to ZF, the decision to grant her this length in office was taken by the company’s general assembly of shareholders and published in the Official Gazette (Monitorul Oficial).
Prior to taking on her current role, Pascal was most recently the CFO of UPC Romania.
That position will now be filled by Monica Apostol, the company’s director of finance and accounting.
Pascu took over from Jack Mikaloff at the beginning of this year.
