The leading Polish DTH platform Cyfrowy Polsat ended 2010 with 3.434 million subscribers, or 230,000 more than 12 months earlier.

The fourth quarter was by far the most successful for the service, with the number of new subscribers amounting to 156,000.

Cyfrowy Polsat is now the fourth largest satellite pay-TV platform in Europe after Sky Digital, Canalsat and Sky Italia.

Its offer consists of around 90 TV channels, 12 of which are in HD; VOD; PVR; internet access and mobile telephony.
