Marc-Antoine d’Halluin has resigned as president and chief executive of the Orbit Showtime Network.
The former chief executive of Canal Plus Nordic had been in post at the Middle East pay-TV platform since November 2006, when he joined the then Showtime Arabia.
d’Halluin stayed with the company in July 2009 to head up the combined company when it merged with former rival Orbit.
His replacement has been named locally as David Butorac, the former managing director of Australia’s WIN Corporation.
No reasons have been given for d’Halluin’s departure.
