Vectra enhances its offer

August 20, 2010 09.20 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

The Polish cable operator Vectra has announced a number of new products that it will start promoting this coming Monday (August 23).

On September 1, it will add two more HD channels to its offer, bringing the total to 16. Of these, 10 will be available in the Platinum digital package for no additional fee.

Vectra will also embark on a new advertising campaign in September, working with BBDO and Platige Image, through which it will become the first triple play – and indeed quad play – company in Poland to promote its services in 3D in cinemas.

Vectra is also a MVNO and has introduced four new internet packages on the mobile operator P4’s infrastructure.

Vectra is the second largest cable operator in Poland after UPC, claiming 750,000 subscribers in 155 towns and cities throughout the country. It currently has over 270,000 digital TV customers.
