The leading Polish DTH platform Cyfrowy Polsat ended Q1 with 3,239,755 subscribers, or 15.6% more than 12 months earlier.
Of these 2,608,101 (+12.8%) opted for its Family package and 631,654 (+28.7%) for its Mini one. ARPU in Q1 amounted to PLN36.1 (€8.9), up 3.4% on a year earlier, while churn stood at 9.1% (6.6% in Q1 2009).
Cyfrowy Polsat’s revenues in Q1 stood at PLN373,996,000 (up from PLN308,286,000 a year earlier), while its net profit amounted to PLN86,134,000 (PLN72,649,000).
Cyfrowy Polsat is the market leader in a DTH sector also served Cyfra+, n, TNK and TP (Orange).
