The Polish national commercial broadcaster will shortly launch yet another thematic channel.
Wirtualne Media reports that the country’s National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) has awarded the company a licence to operate a channel with the working name Polsat dla Mlodziezy.
Aimed at young people, it will, along with Polsat Film and Polsat dla Dzieci (a new kids channel), probably make its debut before the end of this year.
With these three new services, Polsat’s thematic portfolio will be expanded to a total of nine channels, one of which is in HD.
