Telekom Slovenije will shortly have an ownership change.
Agency reports say that the Slovenian Investment Fund (SOF) has announced a public tender for a 10% stake in the incumbent Slovenian telco, with each bidder required to put in an offer for at least 3%.
The deadline for bids is December 3, and should the tender fail other options, including a possible state buyout, will be considered.
SOD currently holds a 14.2% stake in the telco, with the state and investment funds the leading stakeholders with 74.1%.
A move to sell a 49.13% stake in Telekom Slovenije, whose interests include a successful IPTV operation named Siol TV, failed earlier this year.
