The Sofia-based ISP Speedy Net is reported to have acquired two other service providers, named Relef et and Ava Computer Products, in the Bulgarian capital. Speedy Net lists the local private equity fund Advance Equity Holding as a 50% shareholder and plans to shortly become a triple play company by introducing both digital TV and telephony to its offer.
