The Italian ministry of communications has given the details of its digital TV subsidy programme for 2007, the last year that the sum will be paid.
Italians that have paid their television licence fee for 2007 and have purchased one of the TVs listed by the ministry will be eligible for a tax rebate of 20% on the cost of an integrated digital television up to a maximum of €200.
The subsidy takes the form of a tax rebate payable for the tax year ending December 31, 2007.
