Year-end figures published by the incumbent Hungarian telco Magyar Telekom show that it ended 2007 with 717,000 ADSL and cable broadband subscribers. However, it is not known how many customers the company’s IPTV service T-Home TV, which made its debut in Q4 2006, had after its first year of operation. Magyar Telekom saw its revenues grow by 0.8% to HUF676.7 billion (€2.58 billion) in 2007, though its EBITDA was down by 5.7% to HUF243.9 billion, with an EBITDA margin of 36%.
