The Russian DTH platform NTV-Plus has introduced a new channel named Zakon TV to its programme line-up. The service, which is distributed by Eutelsat W4 at 36 degrees East and available in NTV-Plus’s basic package, is dedicated to all matters legal and aimed at the general public rather than a specialist audience.
