Top Up TV is launching a new version of its digital video recorder. The DTT pay service now has a 250GB unit delivering up to 180 hours of recording space. It joins the existing 160GB product that provides 120 hours of recording space.
UK high street ‘catalogue’ retailer Argos is pricing the new product at £129.99 with a one-month trial of Setanta Sports included in an alternative £149.99 package.
Subscribers are able to manage which of Top Up TV’s selection of downloaded ‘channels’ they receive content from. Should a subscriber choose to receive content from each of them, they would have 42 hours-worth of capacity free.
