The Polish DTH platform Cyfrowy Polsat has delayed its IPO for a second time due to the current instability on the world’s markets. Confirming the move, its president Dominik Libicki was nevertheless unable to provide a new date. The IPO, which was given the official go-ahead last week, was expected to earn the platform up to PLN1.5 billion (€416.1 million). Cyfrowy Polsat is the market leader in Poland’s DTH sector, claiming over 2 million subscribers, or double the number of Cyfra+.
