The Polish national commercial broadcaster TVN has officially confirmed that it plans to launch an info channel serving Warsaw at the end of Q4 this year. It already operates a total of 14 services, 10 of which are thematic, with the most watched being the national channel TVN and news-based TVN24. Furthermore, it is the owner of a local station in the city of Radom. The combined audience share for all TVN channels amounted to 21.8% in 2007, as opposed to 20.8% in the previous year. In primetime, it was a slightly higher at 24.8% (24.2% in 2006).
