SeaChange International has hired Simon McGrath as its chief marketing officer. McGrath is moving sideways from On Demand Group (ODG), the London-based VOD services company, acquired by SeaChange in September 2005. He joined ODG in 2002 as the company’s first chief technology officer and has subsequently been involved in the creation of video acquisition, advertising and distribution business models for leading companies such as Walt Disney, Sony Pictures, Virgin Media, Telefonica and Kabel Deutschland.
