Russia’s Renova Media is preparing for an IPO. Speaking to the local press, its president Viktor Savyuk said that an audit into the company’s accounts, regarded as the first step to such a move, has now been completed for three years in a row. Renova Media brings together such interests as the Moscow-based triple play operation Akado, cable operator Teleinform and Cosmos TV in Belarus. Its capitalisation is likely to rise from the current level of $1 billion (€682.2 million) to up to $2.5 billion following an IPO.
