The Hungarian alternative telco HTCC has now fully completed the acquisition of Tele2’s business in the country. With the €4 million deal – first announced in July – now complete, HTCC will serve over one million customers. Tele2 will operate a stand-alone operation in Hungary for the near future and employ its own brand name, before being integrated into HTCC and switching to the Invitel brand.
