The Russian telco Synterra Group has chosen BitBand’s IPTV video delivery solution for its new triple play offer. The solution will allow Synterra Group, which is licensed for voice services in 22 Russian regions, to offer subscribers a range of additional services including catch-up TV, NPVR, start-over and VOD.
