The Czech national commercial station TV Nova has announced that it will extend the coverage of its DTT signals beyond Prague, Brno, Ostrava and Domazlice on July 1. As a result, they will be able to reach almost half (48%) of the population. TV Nova is carried on a multiplex operated by the national transmission company Radiokomunikace and plans to launch a number of new digital channels, some of which will be HD services.
