The Polish web TV service onet.TV announced earlier this week has made its debut. Its offer consists of seven thematic channels, offering over 100 programmes and at least 9,000 video clips, with users being able to select specific content rather than being tied to a schedule. The Onet.pl portal is wholly owned by the national commercial broadcaster TVN, which is itself part of the ITI Group.
