IPTV middleware and applications provider Espial has confirmed that it is seeking an IPO. The Ontario-based company said on Tuesday that it had filed a Preliminary Prospectus for an IPO on the Toronto Stock Exchange, though declined to comment further. The offering is being underwritten by a syndicate of underwriters led by GMP Securities L.P. and Genuity Capital Markets G.P.
Espial is best known for its Evo IPTV Service Platform that can be purchased in its entirety or separate units.
