Belgacom TV has reported a net addition of 9,826 IPTV customers for its IPTV service Belgacom TV in Q1 2007. This compares with 9,597 new customers during Q1 2006. The company now has 149,491 IPTV homes with an average ARPU of €13.4. Belgacom explains the lower growth rate as being due to an increased churn during a special ‘try and buy’ campaign, which ran from April 2006 until January 2007.
