Canal+ is seeking a court order for Kewego to remove all Canal+ copyrighted material including scenes from programmes such as Les Guignols de l’Info, Groland, Nulle Part Ailleurs, Les SAV des Emnissions, Les Nuls, Dans le Peau d’un Noir and the Canal+ newscast.
The company is also claiming €1.5 million in damages. A first hearing is scheduled for May 30.
