4Fun Media, the owner of the Polish participation TV channel 4Fun TV, has submitted the necessary paperwork to hold a floatation on the Warsaw stock exchange in the first half of this year. 4Fun Media recently signed a deal with Polsat that will see it produce programming for the national commercial station and is keen to become an established content provider for TV, mobile and Internet services in Poland. Aside from 4fun TV, its interests include CatMood, a company that produces animation and short films that can be viewed on mobile phones. 4Fun Media is majority (70%) owned by London-based Nova Holding and hopes to raise up to PLN20 million (€5.15 million) in the floatation.
