The incumbent Estonian telco Eesti Telekom has decided to buy back its shares during the next five years.
They will be paid for from the company’s assets that exceed its share capital, reserve capital and share premium. Eesti Telekom currently lists Baltic Tele AB (60.12%) and the Republic of Estonia (24.17%) as its main shareholders.
Separately, the Estonian transmission company Levira has put its Tallinn TV tower up for sale for EEK70 million (€4.47 million).
