A new entertainment channel operated as a joint venture between Gazprom Media and Aleksandr Maslyakov and Company (AMIK) will make its debut on June 1.
Known as KVN TV, it will be produced by Red Media, which is part of the Gazprom Media holding, and distributed in Russia and the CIS, as well as the Baltic States, Georgia and Abkazia.
Red Media will also be responsible for its distribution.
KVN TV is a Russian comedy TV show that was first aired on Soviet TV in 1961 and this year celebrates its 55th anniversary.
