Moscow’s Arbitration Court has upheld a petition for bankruptcy filed by DalGeoKom, the operator of the former DTH platform Raduga TV.
According to Comnews, the petition was filed on March 12 and was considered by the court four days later.
It was not accompanied by any documents from the plaintiff, which could have been submitted up to April 16.
The decision to liquidate DalGeoKom, which was 50%-owned by Modern Times Group (MTG), was taken in January.
Raduga TV stopped broadcasting on December 5 last year.
At this stage it is unclear if the terms of the migration of Raduga TV subscribers to MTS will be affected by DalGeoKom’s bankruptcy.
