The Slovenia-based company Satellite Telecommunications Network (STN) has added IPTV to its services portfolio by entering into a partnership with Media 21 IPTV Inc.
Under the terms of the agreement between the two parties, STN will provide ongoing management and maintenance of programming content rights, video content and IP encapsulation, content encryption, satellite transport, IP set-top boxes and marketing and distribution. It will in addition offer its customer service, network monitoring and technical support.
STN was founded in 2004 and is currently one of the leading broadcast over satellite providers in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
