Viasat Nature East will be broadcast on Viasat’s own satellite platforms in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine from launch. It will also be made available on Raduga TV, the Russian DTH platform in which MTG acquired a 50% stake this February.
Furthermore, Viasat Nature East will be offered to third-party operators in 25 CEE countries currently covered by the Group’s Emerging Markets wholesale pay-TV channel business.
The Nordic version of the channel was launched in 1998 and has been broadcast under the Viasat Nature brand in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland since 2002.
