The French web TV delivered service LeBouquetTV is set for a mid-February launch for subscribers in the US. The new bouquet will offer seven French language channels for a monthly fee of $24.99 (€17.37).
Viewers will have access via the internet to France 5, Eurochannel, Euronews, France 24, France ô, CCTV-F (the French language international channel from China) and the football channel OLTV from the Lyons based club.
The new bouquet is an initiative of Christophe Perini, who was tired of paying $15 a month for a single French channel in the US. “Using internet, you can reach all of the United States. Internet can also offer multiple channels with limited costs,” Perini said to the online newspaper French Morning.
