The Estonian incumbent telco subsidiary Elion ended Q3 with 94,400 digital cable and IPTV subscribers, or 13% more than at the beginning of this year.
Elion says it has been the leading provider of digital TV services in the country for three and a half years and now also the second largest provider of TV services.
Its share of the cable market stood at 30% as of the end of September, up from 26% a year earlier.
