IPTV debuts in Moscow region

Comstar-UTS has begun to offer an IPTV service in Russia’s Moscow region.
Employing an NGN network completed only this year, it is being made available in several towns near the capital including Dolgoprudnyi, Mytishchi, Schelkovo and Balashikha.
The service will include such features as VOD, time shifted TV and an EPG.
