The Canal+ Group announced the launch of its online streaming video service Foot+ with Microsoft Silverlight and PlayReady protection.
Subscribers will be able to follow live all of the French League 1, the Champions League and the Europa League, in high resolution, with the possibility to access the live streams on any computer, regardless of the browser used.
The announcement cames after the signing in June of an agreement with Microsoft that brings Foot+, Canal+ on demand and CanalPlay on the television screen via the Xbox game consoles.
The streaming video website Foot.fr, which was previously only available on PC, is now also available on Mac as well as on all browsers on the market (including Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari).
