The Croatian alternative telco Optima Telekom will launch what will be the country’s fourth IPTV operation on October 1.
According to Satkurier, the service will be known as Opti.TV and offer viewers up to 70 TV channels.
They will be provided in five packages, costing from HRK231.87 (€31.7) to HRK292.36 a month, with HBO and Cinemax channels available for additional fees.
Optima Telekom claims to be the second largest fixed telco operator in Croatia and to have 200,000 customers.
There are already three IPTV services operating in Croatia – Iskon.tv, Metronet and MAXtv – with the latter, owned by the incumbent telco HT, one of the most successful in CEE, claiming 171,591 subscribers as of the end of June.
