The leading Ukrainian cable operator Volia expects its operation in Kiev to be entirely digital by the end of next year.
It also plans to add HD channels to its offer and to start the transition to DOCSIS 3.0 at the beginning of 2010.
Volia will be celebrating its seventh anniversary on June 1 with a number of discounts for its subscribers, with those to Volia Premium TV and Volia Broadband, for instance, seeing their monthly fees reduced by 50%.
