Poland’s ITI Group expects its DTH platform n to reach the 500,000-subscriber mark by the end of the year despite posting a mixed set of financial results.
The group itself had a consolidated net loss of €30.16 million in Q3, as opposed to €40.34 million in the corresponding period in 2007. Its operational loss in the quarter amounted to €725,000 (€3.16 million 12 months earlier) and revenues €142.26 million (€96.96 million).
The DTH platform n, which was launched in October 2006, secured 400,000 subscribers in its first two years of operation.
It also launched a pre-paid service known as Telewizja na karte (TNK) last month.
