Rostelecom rings up revenues

Russia’s Rostelecom has posted revenues of R62.588 billion (€1.694 billion) for 2007, an increase of 4.3% on the previous year.
At the same time, its EBITDA grew by 8.3% to R11.957 billion, while the company’s full-year profit rose by 3.7% to R8.077 billion.
Rostelecom is Russia’s leading long distance fixed line telco company and is majority (51%) owned by the state-controlled holding company Svyazinvest.
